Requirements for Return/Exchange:
- All return and exchange processes are conducted exclusively at the main branch (New Al Mirqab St.).
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging and in resellable condition.
- The original sales receipt must be presented.
- Promotional and free gift items must be returned in good condition along with the purchased items.
Timeframes for Refund or Exchange:
- Full Refund or Exchange: Available within 7 days of purchase for regular-priced items with a manufacturing defect or failure to meet prescribed specifications.
- Refund or Exchange of Promotional or Discounted Items: Allowed within 3 days of purchase (all items under promotion & free gift items in good condition, should be included in the return).
- Exchange for Damaged Electrical Items: Permitted under warranty if the damage is not due to customer misuse or mishandling.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Medicines, food products, and baby milk.
- Items stored below 8°C in refrigerated conditions.
- Personal-use items and wearables, including supports and socks.
- Sprays, aerosols, inhalers, and inhaler devices (if opened).
- Used wheelchairs and walking aids/supports.
- Electrical items damaged beyond the warranty period.
Refund Methods for Returned Items:
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued in cash.
- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the same credit or debit card account.
